An Amazing Variety of Flavours Awaits Diners at Coral Residence Tower, Fujairah

| | | Variety is the spice of life! This is the ethos that Coral Residence Tower, Fujairah has taken with its approach to the fresh and varied menus in its outlets in order to provide a range of tastes for guests.
General Manager Mr Elie Tohme said that the hotel has set out to try and create diverse and interesting menus for its guests, working hard to find out what visitors want.
|  | | “We’ve recently been gathering feedback from all the guests trying to gauge what type of cuisine they want featured here and we’re had a wide range of types mentioned,” said Mr Tohme.
“We’ve combined this information with the knowledge of Coral Hotels and Resorts’ Executive Chef Michel Miraton, who has helped us to craft some great menus.”
With only two F&B outlets Mr Tohme said that is was important for Coral Residence Tower – Fujairah to offer a great variety of

| food on their menus, really being able to give the guests the experience of eating in a different restaurant each night.
The current promotions at their outlets – the relaxed and social Rumours Café and contemporary-meets-traditional Al Nafoora restaurant – which showcase some of the variety of cuisine on offer, have been enormously popular with the guests.
The Italian promotion brings a taste of Italy to the table, with diners able to customise a pizza with their choice of toppings using the freshest ingredients. This sits alongside the Arabic flavours of the Al Sayniya, perfect for sharing with friends or family.
Authentic Arabian flavours are found in dishes such as fattoush, tabouleh, kebbah and sambousek and are a perfect way of having a traditional meal with your family and friends.
| The Lebanese Daily Dish promo gives a great opportunity to sample many types of authentic Lebanese food, with a different main dish every day, served with a traditional mezze and bread.
Executive Chef for Coral Hotels & Resorts, Michel Miraton said: “The variety of the menus on offer is very important, and we’ve really pushed for some interesting dishes to appear both on the menus and in promotions at the property.
