	Ammar Kanaan Chief Development Officer Jordanian national with over 29 years experience in the hospitality industry successively as General Manager in KSA, Kuwait, Egypt and Jordan working with leading brands in hospitality industry. His longest association was with the Le Meridian group where he spent nearly 15 years. Ammar brings tremendous understanding of the hotel trade to the table with extensive knowledge of the Gulf Corporate Council markets as well as other countries in the Middle East. Having a proven track record in identifying market opportunities and formulating the appropriate strategies to capitalize on them, Ammar plays a key role in HMH expansion and growth.
	John Matthews Chief Financial Officer John is an experienced Financial Director & Operations Officer with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), combined with extensive operational & business development experience within the Middle East region. Most recent experience includes considerable exposure to Due Diligence & Compliance, Corporate Governance, Trust & Escrow account management, Legal and Corporate Financial Affairs, Client & Shareholder Relations and Project Management. John is Associate Member of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants.
	Graham Cadman Chief Operations Officer Well travelled and with an excellent eye for detail Graham brings over 40 years of hospitality operational experience to the team, of which 21 years were in Asia. He has a proven track record in senior management including SVP Operations for Star Cruises and 18 years with Hilton Int. Priorities are team development and positive returns to owners, together with quality guest experiences.
	Fouad Nohra Chief Technical Officer Graduated as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer specialising in hotels, Fouad has worked in the hospitality industry since 1981 with many five star international hotel chains. Immense experience of managing new projects, development strategies, safety and security with LEED, especially within rigid timeframes, ensuring the highest quality work is delivered in this vital sector. An expert in new and pre-opening stages of hotels, he is at home leading a talented team to guarantee a successful opening.
	Mohamed Elkahla Vice President – Business Development Hugely experienced in the hotel industry, he has 30 years of precious understanding obtained working both locally and internationally for the leading names in hospitality. Holding a degree in Hospitality Management, he is a specialist in finance and has an astute eye for interpreting marketing trends. He always employs a positive and proactive approach and instils this in all members of his team.
	Emad Hussein Regional General Manager (Jordon – Lebanon) Emad joined Coral Hotels & Resorts in 2004 as General Manager of Coral Beach Resort - Sharjah. He has over 28 years of management experience in hotel operations, development and branding. Over the years he has worked with several leading hotel groups including Liwa Hotels in Abu Dhabi and Claridge Hotels in Dubai. Prior to moving to the UAE, Emad was based in Baghdad and gained valuable insight of the industry working with some great hotels like Hyatt Tower Hotel, Petra Hotel, Melia Hotel and Sheraton Hotel. With a deep understanding of the hotel business, Emad is highly regarded within the group and has made a significant contribution to HMH.
	Salim Touma Vice President – Sales & Revenue Management Revenue Management is the expertise of Salim, who has spent 14 years in the hotel trade. Working across the region including his native Lebanon, KSA, Oman and the UAE, he has worked with many of the biggest brands in the hospitality sector including InterContinental Hotels Group and Dusit International, holding key Revenue Management roles.
	Mohammed Jalil Director Government Affairs 43 years old Jordanian with excellent experience in dealing with Government Offices and good contacts with authorities. Earlier working with Holiday Inn Resort - Sharjah & Holiday Inn Muscat. Excellent experience in over all hotel operations.
	Michel Miraton Culinary Director - Faisal Holding Boasting an enormous portfolio of hotels to have benefitted from his expertise, Chef Miraton is a perfect head of F&B operations. With experience gathered in diverse countries including his native France, to Reunion Island, China, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, he has seen varied F&B operations in many cultures first hand. He has put his skills to use at many high profile brands in the industry including Le Meridien, Gellieni Hotel, Dorint Atlantic Palace, and Holiday Inn among many others.
	Jean Pierre Simon Regional General Manager (Northern U.A.E) Born in Switzerland 58 years ago, Jean Pierre Simon became – through passion and love for his profession – a citizen of the world, eager to learn and share his knowledge. This high- ranking professional, who today manages the Coral Beach Resort, Sharjah, U.A.E, has had, along with his many accomplishments, a long and rich career underlined by success and close- knit relationships. Jean Pierre Simon’s path began in 1967 and took him to countries like UK, Barbados, the Philippines, Switzerland, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Mauritius, South Africa and Kenya.
	Mohinder S Khurana Director Technical & Services Having started his working career on the ships and shipyards in Japan and Sweden, Mohinder embarked on his hospitality career after a chance meeting with the President of Sheraton Hotels. He never looked back and continued with his valuable contribution as Project Manager or pre-opening Chief Engineer in many parts of the world, in many different properties, such as Sheraton, Oberoi, Holiday Inn and Le Meridien.
	Aamir Pervez Regional Sales Director Indian national Aamir Pervez has been with HMH since 2006, rapidly progressing from his initial appointment in sales for the Coral Deira to become head of sales & marketing at the Coral Boutique Villas and then general manager at the property. Multi-lingual Aamir studied in New Delhi before moving on to university in Antwerp, Belgium, where he graduated with a business degree, followed by diploma at Harlem Business School. He then started his career in sales and gained further business development and management skills in companies in Germany and Belgium before moving to the Arabian Gulf and joining the hospitality sector in 2006. Now entrusted with the management of Corp Executive Hotel Apartments Al Barsha – Dubai, Aamir has a massive challenge at hand, which he relishes to the core.
	Rajesh Shettigar Group Management Accountant Rajesh Holds a MBA in Finance. Prior to joining HMH in 2007 as Finance Manager for Coral Boutique Villas, he worked for Al Abbar & Associates Dubai. Despite his young age Rajesh has gained valuable experience working for prestigious companies like Citibank, Ramee Group of Hotels and Karvy Consultants Limited, India.
	Hatem Omari Regional Financial Controller (UAE & Levant) 47 years old, Hatem joined Coral Hotels & Resorts in 2006 and brings over two decades of valuable experience in finance management. Prior to joining Coral, he served Sheraton Sana’a Hotel as Director of Finance. He also served Le Meridien Amman and Forte Grand Hotel in different capacities such as Financial Controller, Chief Accountant and Credit Manager.
	B. Hariharan Group IT & Management Operations Systems 29 years old Indian holding a Masters Degree in Computers. 8 years experience in the hotel IT industry. Worked with Le Meridien - India and Taj Group of Hotels
	Ann Mascarenhas EPA to President & CEO Indian national, married. 14 years experience of secretarial and executive positions in Manufacturing & Financial Companies. A crucial player at the center of the organization, knowledgeable, hardworking and supportive.
	Abeer Michael Executive Secretary - President’s Office 29 years Jordanian, Abeer graduated as a specialist for Autistic Children, with 2 years experience in the same field in Amman- Jordan. She has 2 years experience in project administration – Universal Studios Dubailand. Abeer joined HMH in 2008 and would like to extend her experience in the hotel industry.
	Marilyn Lacson Personal Assistant to the Chief Technical Officer With five star hotel experience starting in 2000, Marilyn has a background in Mass Communications at Bachelor of Science level. She honed her skills in hotel administration and secretarial duties and is a crucial member of the HMH team.
	Madge Walas CRM and Affiliations Manager Originally from Poland, Madge joined the team in 2009 having previously worked for several large organizations including InterContinental Hotels Group and Costa Crociere Carnival Corporation. Her 10 years of experience crosses disciplines like customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce, loyalty and frequent flyer programs, database management, employee training and development. She has a BSc in training and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of a Personnel Development in London (CIPD).
	Carmelita Esber Chief Accountant An accountancy graduate who joined HMH as Chief accountant in December 2008. Carmel gathered over 20 years of valuable experience in the Philippines in different capacities including accountant, admin supervisor, treasury supervisor and sales manager before moving on to the UAE. Before joining HMH, she worked as an internal auditor in an auditing firm.
