Guests Applaud Five-Star Hospitality Delivered by New Coral Hotel Dhahran

Following the soft opening of the Coral Hotel Dhahran on January 14, initial guest reaction has been overwhelmingly positive, despite the fact that some facilities at the deluxe hotel are yet to open.

According to General Manager Rushdi Al Ashkar, both the hotel’s sumptuous décor and its wide range of customer amenities have been noted by guests, with word-of-mouth reviews setting the scene for a busy season to come.

“Already, we have reached more than 30 per cent occupancy within our first two weeks of operation – despite the fact that not all our rooms are open,” he said. “Every hotel goes through a trial phase as service and facilities are fine-tuned, but we are delighted at the reaction to date.”

One satisfied customer was Mr Raid Ghaleb Mustaffa, an experienced traveller who hails from Jordan and seemed extremely pleased with the ‘excellent service standards’ at the Coral Hotel Dhahran. He stated he would be recommending the hotel to colleagues and friends.

Another guest who has vowed to return – this time with his family for a holiday break - is Mr Yossef Adbelmohseen Altamemy from Al-Tamini Real Estate, who congratulated Mr Al Ashkar and his team for their professionalism and superb performance.

Underlining the fact that the hotel is equally equipped to host both corporate and holiday guests, Mr Abdelaziz Al Arfaj from Brother Pharmacist enjoyed several days at leisure at the Coral Hotel Dhahran, and reported back on an experience ‘totally over the top’.

The 153-room hotel is located in the Aramco district of Dhahran, adjacent to two of its principal malls and in the heart of the central business district, offering a grand venue for corporate events with four meeting rooms plus a small ballroom.

One key feature of the property is 25 rooms and suites on a dedicated ladies-only floor, with private lounge and gym as well as separate check-in and check-out desk.

In addition, the hotel features a wide range of in-room amenities including flat-screen TVs and free high-speed Internet connections, terry-cloth robes and free tea- and coffee-making facilities, plus restaurant and fitness facilities to cater for every requirement.
